We work hard and we also make time to enjoy the good things in life, including camaraderie with our colleagues. From community stewardship to sporting events, the opportunities for  employee engagement are endless at NASSCO.

Sports and Interest Groups

In San Diego, our Sports and Interest Groups at NASSCO (SIGNs) program provides employees the opportunity to participate in events with employees of shared interests. Events include, but are not limited to, the NASSCO President's Cup Challenge, NASSCO Hiking Club, and more.

Community Clean-Up and Restoration

NASSCO’s Clean-up and Restoration Committee (CRC) is a volunteer organization comprised of General Dynamics NASSCO employees who participate on their own time. We provide four or more environmental events each year that brings together support from every facet inside and outside of our organization to enable NASSCO to take action and help address pollution problems in the community.
