ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PURPOSE (Job Description)
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Human Resources Department. This position supports all activities relating to employees in the following areas: Policies and procedures, employee activities and administrative functions.

AA degree and 4 years’ experience or HS diploma and 6 years related experience

Regular, reliable attendance on-site is an essential function of the job. Must have reliable transportation. Must be a U.S. citizen and qualify for a Common Access Card (CAC) or DBIDS badge. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus. While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects or controls, stand for extended periods of time, and to talk and hear. The noise level in this environment is usually moderate. |
Pay Range: $26.77- $35.13
The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity. At NASSCO Bremerton we anticipate making salary offers between the minimum and midpoint of salary range. Offers will be based on experience, abilities, and knowledge similar to the NASSCO Job being applied for NASSCO employees performing similar work.

Additionally, NASSCO employees earn paid vacation from date of hire, accrued at 2.31 hours for every week worked, seven paid holidays, and one personal day per year.
