We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Coating  department. This position specifically is located in Norfolk, Virginia. We are looking for a Blaster.  The work schedule is 0600 to 1445 with 45 min lunch.

Shift : 6:00AM to 2:45PM (Dayshift) 

Security Clearance: No Clearance

GUIDELINES FOR BLASTER

JOURNEYPERSON 4 (Blaster) C7 Certification REQUIRED 

• Must meet all Journeyperson Blaster 3 requirements
• Must also know how to set-up jobs
• Must be able to oversee a small group of people
• Should be able to troubleshoot equipment to ensure the job progresses
• Must be proficient in the requirements of NAVSEA Standard Item 009-32
• Must be proficient in the requirements of NAVSEA Standard Item 009-06
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix UHP or media blast equipment
