We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Inside Machine department. This position specifically is located in Norfolk, Virginia. We are looking for Diesel Mechanics J1 - J4.

1. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PURPOSE (Job Description)

Mechanics are responsible for accomplishing work in accordance with work specifications safety, with the highest quality, in a professional manner.  Regular, reliable attendance on-site is an essential function of the job.

2. POSITION DEMANDS (Education/Training)

Typically has a High School diploma or equivalent plus five (5) years directly related experience. 

POSITION DEMANDS (Experience)

1. Must have at least 5 years’ experience in diesel engine repair and or outside machinist
2. Knowledge of WAF’s a plus
3. Must be able to complete work with little guidance from Supervisor.
4. Basic knowledge of Standard Items a plus
5. Must have basic knowledge of shop equipment
6. Works well with others
